2026 Irrigation Service Contract

Please choose the Service Plan that best fits your needs:

Spring Activation Only $135

Starting early spring, we begin activating irrigation systems and assure the effectiveness and functionality of all sprinkler components. Adjustments will be made as needed for proper coverage of all desired areas. Controllers will be programmed based upon your unique situation to give your lawn the appropriate amount of water consistently, while preventing over-watering, thus conserving water.

Winterization Only $135

Starting in November, we will winterize your system to prevent damage from freezing temperatures. We do this by disconnecting the irrigation system from its water source, draining the irrigation piping, and ensuring all components are safe for the winter months.

Yearly Plan $250 (Spring Activation and Winterization)

NOTE: If additional visits are needed or desired throughout the year, please call for pricing. Any repairs needed must be approved by the customer with a return visit. Service Rates are $125 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour for technicians plus cost of materials.
